Subsidiaries

Movares has a number of subsidiaries and joint ventures engaged in activities that link in with our core business or form a logical extension to it.

AGV
AGV is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Movares. The company offers consultancy services in the areas of mobility, transport, road infrastructure and railway infrastructure, in connection with planning and urban design. This allows AGV to offer a complete service, with overlaps between the different modes.

Infrastructure & Transport Consultants Utrecht (ITC)

ITC Utrecht BV was set up in 1999, with the aim of supporting Utrecht city council in the preparation of large and/or complex projects. This particularly concerns the following projects: the new suburb of Leidsche Rijn, the redesign of the station and the surrounding area, the ‘high-quality public transport route’ and the ‘high-quality car route’. ITC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Movares.

Icesolution

IceSolution was set up to develop advanced points heating systems powered by geothermal energy. Following a successful pilot project in the Netherlands, further projects are in the pipeline in Germany and Spain.
