Movares Group

Movares is a provider of professional, integrated, innovation-based engineering and consultancy services. Our vision is to contribute to the development of guided public transport infrastructure in Europe and elsewhere.

Movares is an engineering consultancy, providing solutions throughout the following fields:
• mobility
• infrastructure
• spatial planning
• transport systems.

Increasingly, we are moving into the following related markets:
• water
• energy.

The objective is to establish a network of local companies in several European countries. Foreign markets will be served primarily from local branches, run by local specialists. In the meantime two companies were launched: Movares Polska and Movares Deutschland. More are set to open in the near future. Our head office, located in The Netherlands, represents the interest of the Movares group abroad as well as coordinates the business activities of the Movares companies.

Motto
Movares operates at all points in the chain, from initial studies and the earliest planning phases to the design and execution of projects and on through to management and maintenance. Our combination of knowledge, expertise and innovativity is summed up in our motto: ‘Giving shape to mobility’.

 

The name Movares
 

The name Movares comes from the Latin word movere which means ‘move’. It is associated not only with mobility, but also with the exchange of information between partners.
